GRITGLITTERGRIND
A two-person remodel and custom-fabrication outfit on the Washington coast and in Portland, OR. We take the jobs other contractors won't drive out for, build the one-off pieces nobody else can, and film the whole thing so you can watch it happen.

A beach cottage, stripped to the studs and coming back one wall at a time. This is the first GGG job and the first season of the show.

What we do
The three words are the job description. Grit is the demo and the framing. Glitter is the finish that makes people stop. Grind is showing up until it's done.

Repairs and punch lists

Who we are
Friends for 28 years. Business partners since the first wall came down in Long Beach.
Prez
Builder, designer, the one with the tools and the licenses
Over 20 years of carpentry: framing, custom cabinets, and finish work, with an eye for detail and a love of design. He comes out of hot rod and kustom kulture, where you don't buy the part, you make it. Custom is his specialty.
He's also a graphic artist. Clients bring a rough idea, he turns it into a drawing they can see and then into a thing they can touch.
Reya Sunshine
Partner, on-camera apprentice, real estate in progress
Learning the trade in front of the camera, one job at a time, and heading for a real estate license so GGG can take a client from rough property to finished build to sale under one roof.
Watch us work
Every job, every custom piece, every vehicle, on camera.
Reya learns the trade; Prez teaches it. No staged reveals, no hidden crew. You see the mistakes, the fixes, and the finish.
For clients, that's a record of exactly what went into your project. For vendors and product makers, your gear gets tagged and shown in real use on real jobs. We're open to sponsorships that fit the work.
Channels are coming. Email us and we'll send the links when they're live.
Send us your job
Send photos of the job, the piece, or the vehicle with your message and we'll come back with a ballpark before we drive out.
We work the Washington coast (Long Beach Peninsula and Pacific County) and the Portland, OR metro. Farther out by arrangement.
